To make sense of the environment, one must observe it for a period of time. And yet, one must make best use of what information is available at that moment. A learning and reasoning mechanism is required that can make sense of natural input, be it text, speech or imaging, on the fly, right now, without succumbing to excessive processing or memory requirements.

This project turns to fractals in order to utilize their ability to store complex structures within simple directives.
